Return Process
Please follow our guide:
1. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the items and include your reason and photos for us to verify.
2. Please make sure all items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged) with the original tags attached.
3. Once your request is approved, please send the item to us within 5 days. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is best to use trackable shipping to ensure your package is delivered.
4. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request. We shall begin processing your refund upon confirmation.
Refunds
- Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
It usually takes 2-5 business days to process a refund. If you haven’t received the refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lanaedesignz.com
Please note: We do not accept returns for try-order. Please do not order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like, this is not part of our return policy, you can ask questions prior to making a purchase using our chat feature, thank you for your understanding!
For Custom Orders
Items in customized sizes, styles, or colors cannot be returned because they were tailored to you.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel has not shipped out, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can't be canceled once the package has shipped out.
