Modifying shipping address:
- For unshipped orders, you can click edit your shipping address via "My Orders".
- For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.
Changing sizes:
- For unpaid orders, you need to return to the cart or item and select the correct size.
- For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes. CS@LanaeDesignz.com
- For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our items are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Monday through Friday - orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
Saturday, and Sunday - orders are processed on the next business day and are processed in 1-3 business days.
Holidays - orders are processed on the next business day and are processed in 1-3 business days.

Items must be in the original condition with tags attached, items must be unworn and not damaged.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
