  • Can I change or modify my order?
    Modifying shipping address: - For unshipped orders, you can click edit your shipping address via "My Orders". - For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed. Changing sizes: - For unpaid orders, you need to return to the cart or item and select the correct size. - For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes. CS@LanaeDesignz.com - For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order

  • What is your return policy?
    Normally we gladly accept returns and exchanges ***Due to global COVID and health concerns we have temporarily stopped returns and exchanges. Store credit is currently being issued.*** Contact our shop within: 14 days of delivery, Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery ***Return shipping is not provided or refundable by LaNae Designz Items must be in the original condition with tags attached, items must be unworn and not damaged. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Items on sale Digital downloads Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • How do I place an order?
    Thank you for choosing LaNae Designz! We're happy to show you how to order items on our site. Step 1: Choose the item you like. Step 2: Select the size and color and click on the [add to cart] button. Step 3: [View Cart] and check out with your debit/credit card or preferred payment method.
  • How are orders processed?
    Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Monday through Friday - orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Saturday, and Sunday - orders are processed on the next business day and are processed in 1-3 business days. Holidays - orders are processed on the next business day and are processed in 1-3 business days.   • How do I track my order?
    Tracking your item(s) is easy as 1,2,3. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number enclosed; notifying you your order has shipped . Track your package on the carrier website [ ex. www.ups.com/track] to track and view delivery updates.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping Standard & Free Shipping to US is handled by USPS using USPS First Class & Priority Mail services, orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days after they are shipped. Outside the US delivery times may vary depending on location but are shipped using First Class and/or Priority mail unless you select a different carrier/shipping method. Express Orders Express shipping is handled by USPS /UPS or Fedex 1-3 business days after they are shipped. Outside the US delivery times may vary depending on location, express delivery times varies by carier.
